We never created the action of dancing both roles. Many were already doing that, hidden. We wanted to change that. Being the representation and creating a world where discrimination in the dance world finishes. Rolerotation, is much more than just the action of rotation roles in the middle of the dance, it is also a way where you can truly express yourself through dance in the most safe environments possible.
We are international artists. Dancing since 15 and 12 respectively in different dance styles. Currently more focused in teaching role rotation in both bachata and salsa and helping not just students but also teachers to learn how to better teach both roles and rolerotation in all social dance styles.
We believe social dance can be a place where people explore, learn and express themselves without being limited by traditional roles.
Our mission is to help create a dance culture where understanding, versatility and curiosity are available to everyone.
